Plant and Insect Diagnostic Clinic

The Plant and Insect Diagnostic Clinic provides diagnosis of plant problems (plant diseases, insect damage, and assessment of herbicide damage) and the identification of insects and weeds from the field, garden, and home. The PIDC is a joint effort between Iowa State University Extension Plant Pathology, Entomology, Horticulture, and Agronomy.


ANNOUNCEMENT: The clinic will be closed for Thanksgiving November 22 and 23, 2018

We are open weekdays 8:00am - 5:00pm. The doors to the ATRB building will lock at promptly at 5:00pm so try to arrive earlier.

If for some reason you are going to be slightly later than 5:00pm please call us ahead of time at (515)-294-0581 and we can try to accommodate you.
