A new online resource on the Iowa State University Extension & Outreach wildlife website helps home and property owners find local experts to answer questions about wildlife in each county in the state. The searchable application indexes local professionals and organizations that can help people with everything from orphaned animals, to bats in the attic, to forest restoration. Read more about the application in the July 10, 2017 press release from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.
For information on common wildlife problems such as skunks, deer, groundhogs, bats and snakes, visit the Wildlife Extension & Outreach Problem Wildlife website.
Links to all of the above wildlife resources are on the ISU Extension & Outreach home horticulture encyclopedia.
