New Research Project on Growing Hops
Growing interest in commercial production of hops (Humulus lupulus) in Iowa has led to a new research project at the ISU Horticulture Research Station north of Ames. The one-acre planting required an 18-foot high trellis system and nearly 1,000 plants.
