Horticulture Field Days

You are formally invited to the Second Annual ISU All Horticulture Field Day on July 29, 2010. This educational and fun-filled day will include tours, commercial displays, demonstrations from vendors, and a Farmer's Market with locally produced fruits and vegetables that people of all ages can enjoy! The tours will be lead by Department of Horticulture faculty, graduate students, and other university specialists who will share their knowledge and answer any questions you may have. After the tours, you will be able to sit down to a great lunch from our local food producers and enjoy the beautiful and scenic Iowa State University Horticulture Research Farm in Gilbert.

Please visit the ISU Horticulture Department website for details about the tours and demonstrations and to register for the event.  Vendors and non-profit organizations can still sign up to have a booth.

Remember...this is a chance to learn about various aspects of horticulture and have fun while doing it. So, get excited! Hope to see you there!
